Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side, until soft.
  • Spread a little of the garlic butter mixture over each tortilla.
  • Place about ½ cup of shredded chicken in the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • In the same skillet, place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Brush the outside of the wraps with the remaining garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
