Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side, until soft.
- Spread a little of the garlic butter mixture over each tortilla.
- Place about ½ cup of shredded chicken in the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
- In the same skillet, place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Brush the outside of the wraps with the remaining garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
