Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, heavy cream, ranch seasoning mix, and cheeses. Stir well and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Add cooked pasta, chicken, and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss everything to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
