Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, heavy cream, ranch seasoning mix, and cheeses. Stir well and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  4. Add cooked pasta, chicken, and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss everything to combine.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
