Description

Chicken parmesan sliders are the perfect mix of crispy chicken, tangy marinara, and gooey melted cheese on soft, buttery slider buns. This quick and easy recipe is ideal for game-day parties, potlucks, or weeknight dinners!


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Breaded chicken tenders or chicken patties, cooked
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella or provolone cheese slices
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Butter, melted
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Optional: Basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Place cooked chicken tenders on the buns, then spoon marinara sauce over each piece of chicken.
  • Add a slice of mozzarella or provolone cheese to each slider and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the sliders.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve warm!
