    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 teaspoons chili powder
    • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • Tostadas:
    • 8 corn tostada shells
    • Guacamole (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Season chicken evenly.
  3. Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes until 165°F internal temperature.
  4. Mix tomato, onion, lime juice, salt, cilantro, and jalapeno for pico de gallo.
  5. Heat tostada shells as directed.
  6. Shred cooked chicken, toss with paprika and lime juice.
  7. Assemble tostadas with guacamole, chicken, and pico de gallo.
