Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, and cream of chicken soup to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the shredded chicken and broccoli florets, stirring gently to distribute evenly.
