Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir to combine.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving (optional).
