Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  • Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
