Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup uncooked pasta (small shapes like ditalini or elbow)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, marinara sauce, onions, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Stir in the uncooked pasta and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese and heavy cream, stirring until combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and additional Parmesan if desired.
