Easy Slow Cooker Mississippi Steak Bites are tender beef bites cooked low and slow with ranch seasoning, pepperoncini, and butter for a savory and tangy flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin, cubed
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced
- 6-8 whole pepperoncini peppers
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Lightly season steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add steak bites to the slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix.
- Place slices of butter over the beef.
- Add whole pepperoncini peppers and drizzle with pepperoncini juice.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
- Stir before serving. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or with crusty bread.
Notes
- Use sirloin or stew meat for the best results.
- For extra spice, add more pepperoncini juice or sliced peppers.
- Leftovers reheat well and can be used in sandwiches or tacos.
