Description

Easy Slow Cooker Mississippi Steak Bites are tender beef bites cooked low and slow with ranch seasoning, pepperoncini, and butter for a savory and tangy flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin, cubed
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced
  • 6-8 whole pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Lightly season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  • Add steak bites to the slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix.
  • Place slices of butter over the beef.
  • Add whole pepperoncini peppers and drizzle with pepperoncini juice.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
  • Stir before serving. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or with crusty bread.

  • Use sirloin or stew meat for the best results.
  • For extra spice, add more pepperoncini juice or sliced peppers.
