Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
3 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add asparagus and cook for 3–4 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
Return chicken to the skillet, toss everything to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
