Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Add a spoonful of cooked beef, bacon, and shredded cheese to the center of each.
- Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese. Brush over each bomb.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauces.
Notes
- Use mozzarella or American cheese for a different cheesy flavor.
- For a spicy twist, add a slice of jalapeño to each bomb.
