Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  • Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Place chicken breasts on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
