Ingredients

  • Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Baby potatoes, halved
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced

  • Pepper
  • Butter, cubed
  • Optional: red bell pepper, sliced; onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine steak pieces, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Divide the mixture among large sheets of aluminum foil. If using, add sliced red bell pepper and onion.
