Ingredients
- Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Baby potatoes, halved
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine steak pieces, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Divide the mixture among large sheets of aluminum foil. If using, add sliced red bell pepper and onion.
- Top each packet with a few cubes of butter.
