Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the sweet potato slices in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Toss to evenly coat.
- Arrange the sweet potato slices on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
