- ½ lb ground pork
- ½ lb shrimp, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp salt

- 1 egg white
- 24 wonton wrappers

- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup baby bok choy, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Make the Wontons: In a bowl, mix pork, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, white pepper, and egg white.
- Place 1 tsp of filling in each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold, and seal tightly.
- Prepare the Broth: In a pot, heat chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
- Add wontons to the broth and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they float.
- Stir in bok choy and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil.
