Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Extra graham cracker crumbs or shredded coconut for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the whipped topping and drained crushed pineapple until well combined.
  • Spread the pineapple cream mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  • Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs or shredded coconut on top for garnish, if desired.
