Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Extra graham cracker crumbs or shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping and drained crushed pineapple until well combined.
- Spread the pineapple cream mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs or shredded coconut on top for garnish, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Slice and serve chilled.
