Description

This No Bake Summer Berry Delight is a light and refreshing dessert that combines layers of creamy filling with fresh summer berries. Perfect for hot days or when you need a quick and delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
