Ingredients
- 1 cup pastina (tiny star-shaped pasta or any other tiny pasta shape)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 cups chicken broth or water
Instructions
- In a large skillet or pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until lightly browned and no longer pink inside.
