Philly cheesesteak sliders are a delicious and easy recipe featuring juicy steak, sautéed peppers and onions, melted cheese, and buttery slider buns. Perfect for parties, game-day snacks, or quick family dinners!
Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- Provolone cheese slices
- Green bell pepper, sliced
- Onion, sliced
- Butter, melted
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: Dijon mustard or mayo
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté bell peppers and onions until softened. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, cook the steak slices until browned. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for seasoning.
- Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, and provolone cheese on the buns. Cover with the top buns.
- Brush melted butter over the sliders and cover with foil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and melty.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Substitute provolone with mozzarella or American cheese if preferred.
