Description

Philly cheesesteak sliders are a delicious and easy recipe featuring juicy steak, sautéed peppers and onions, melted cheese, and buttery slider buns. Perfect for parties, game-day snacks, or quick family dinners!


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • Green bell pepper, sliced
  • Onion, sliced
  • Butter, melted
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: Dijon mustard or mayo

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté bell peppers and onions until softened. Remove from the skillet.
  • In the same skillet, cook the steak slices until browned. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for seasoning.
  • Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Layer cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, and provolone cheese on the buns. Cover with the top buns.
  • Brush melted butter over the sliders and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and melty.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
