Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • Pink food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract, white vinegar, and pink food coloring until evenly combined.
