Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)

Instructions
