Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for a tangy twist

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and Dijon mustard (if using).
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a sealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
