Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 12 sausage patties
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and set. Remove from heat.
- Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer each roll with a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, and a slice of cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and maple syrup. Brush the syrup glaze generously over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with extra syrup.
