Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in frozen peas and carrots, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread mashed potatoes over the beef mixture in an even layer.
