Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers, broken in half
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dip one side of each graham cracker half in melted chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the chocolate-covered side of half the graham crackers.
