- 1 cup cooked white rice

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer the ingredients in the following order:
- First layer: Cooked rice, spread evenly.
- Second layer: Corn, spread over the rice.
- Third layer: Beef and tomato mixture, spread evenly.
- Fourth layer: Cheddar cheese, sprinkled over the beef.
- Fifth layer: Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to brown the cheese, if desired.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
