Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (400 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic. Stir until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes
