Ingredients
- 300 g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (400 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
