- 1/2 kg ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the milk and breadcrumbs. Let them soak for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef, ground pork, beaten eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined.
- On a sheet of parchment paper or a flat surface, flatten out the meat mixture into a large rectangle about 1/2-inch thick.
- Lay the chopped spinach evenly over the meat, followed by the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Carefully roll up the meatloaf, sealing the ends and ensuring the fillings stay inside.
- Place the rolled meatloaf in a baking dish or on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
