Description

Beat the heat with this easy Summer Mango Popsicle recipe! Made with fresh mangoes and a few simple ingredients, these popsicles are a delicious, healthy treat perfect for hot days. Great for kids and adults, this frozen dessert is dairy-free, naturally sweetened, and incredibly refreshing.

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup coconut water or regular water

12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1 tbsp lime juice (optional, for a tangy twist)

Instructions

Add chopped mangoes, coconut water, honey or syrup, and lime juice to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.

To release, run warm water over the mold for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

You can substitute mango with other tropical fruits like pineapple or peach.

For a creamy version, add a splash of coconut milk.

Sweetener is optional if mangoes are very ripe.
