Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 hoagie rolls or sub buns
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika to make the Alabama white BBQ sauce.
